Mr. Thirunavukkarasu Rajendran (Thiru) ., is a financial inclusion leader with over 25 years of experience across microfinance, microenterprise lending, affordable housing finance, and fintech. He has successfully built and scaled lending businesses, led digital transformation initiatives, and developed innovative financial products that expand access to credit for underserved entrepreneurs. His experience spans leadership and advisory roles across India, Indonesia, and Kenya, with deep expertise in strategy, credit, operations, technology, and sustainable financial inclusion. Thiru has completed Executive Education at Harvard Business School and is an alumnus of the Miller Center for Social Entrepreneurship at Santa Clara University. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Tamil Nadu Agricultural University.
